Your Responsibility:

• Identify hiring needs

• Drafting job description together with hiring the manager

• Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through the database and social media

• Screening candidate’s resumes and job applications

• Conducting interviews

• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

• Working together with recruitment agencies

• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to HR Director

Your Background:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

• Good English knowledge

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)

• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation

• Good Microsoft Office knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
