We are looking for a person with fluent English and previous experience as HR Specialist.
Candidates with background experience of more than 2 years as well as experience in the forex sector would be considered with higher priority.

Your Duties:
• Take part in all recruitment cycles (selection, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, trainings, other).
• Assist in all internal process and cooperation with external recruitment parties.
• Create, maintain and update personal records of employees.
• Prepare reports and statistics based on the company needs.
• Take part other supportive duties.

The ideal candidate has:
• Excellent English – both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office.
• Previous experience on the same position – minimum 1 year
• Team player with the ability to cooperate with multiple parties.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Bulgarian labor legislation.
• Past experience in fintech companies is considered a big plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
