We are looking for an HR Manager.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring hiring the most competent and motivated employees;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor company training programs
Maintain and further develop remuneration policies based on strict compliance with the applicable law, following the pay trends taking into account the individual contribution, quality of work, and engagement of each employee.
Develop and maintain an effective Employee Performance Management System, ensuring maximum objectivity and transparency, promoting the employee’s commitment to higher quality and dedication;
Manage, follow up, and report to the senior management on the department performance – KPIs, controlling costs in accordance with the approved for-the-year budget.
Propose and monitor the execution of the financial framework concerning all HR department activities;
Provide transparent and positive in-company communication with the staff for a good working environment and in-company relationships.
Participate actively in optimizing and improving processes and activities following the Shop-floor Management principles, coaching and monitoring the results at the business unit and department level.
Develop a company strategy for building a positive company image and attractive employer branding and manage its achievement in BG.
Coordinate the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility, ensuring sustainable application of the Company’s present understanding of being a responsible public body.
Control H&S policy and strategy in compliance with the legal requirement for BG.
Control environmental policy and strategy in compliance with environmental legal requirements for BG and in accordance with legal requirements and ISO 14001.
Control Security policy and strategy in compliance with Company rules and legal requirements for BG.
Administrative tasks and administrative services: to control: Transportation, Canteen, and Cleaning company;
Responsible for employer branding strategy;
Responsible for corporate social responsibility;
University education (master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other relevant education);
MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Upper-Intermediate Business English;
Minimum 5 years of previous professional experience in the field of Human Resources at a similar job position;
Detailed knowledge of competence models and modern methods of human resources management in an industrial environment;
Knowledge in organizational development and culture, corporate social responsibility, strategic counseling, coaching and change management;
Knowledge of labor legislation, EH&S legislation
Knowledge in Administrative services;
Knowledge in corporate security;
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Initiatives and proactive to support the company business;
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goals;
Responsibility and stress resistance;
Skills to work with a multinational team;
