We are looking for: Regional Representative.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of partner relations with national and local key accounts. Also, with distributors with the goal for a better position of the company products.
Manage relationships with local key accounts, focusing overall presentation of company products at the point of sale.
Shelf positioning according to company standards.
Negotiating and building secondary displays in the correct locations in the store.
Negotiating brochures and/or other activities with the client.
Doing daily merchandising in the stores per schedule, striving to achieve display as per the company-defined standards.
Works closely with the Distributor’s sales agents.
Prevents OOS on the shelf and ensures that merchandise in the store is always in good condition.
Places promotional materials.
Takes and/or completes orders as needed.
Activates promotional activities (red tags, silent actions, brochures…).
Monitors the turnover that each of the stores makes in the schedule and seeks to increase it through his work in the store (assortment, displays, activities).
Makes sure labels are properly displayed about the product/flavor.
Monitors innovations and activities of the competition.
Works daily with various mobile apps about ongoing workflow reporting.
Manages the entrusted budget.
Experience in a similar position – minimum 2 years
Working-level in English – written and spoken (B1)
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Ability to prioritize and organize current tasks independently
Ability to work in a team
Experience in trade
