Основни отговорности:

– Изготвяне на годишния план за поддръжката и ремонтните дейности на обектите и оборудването на компанияташ
– Управлява взаимоотношенията с подизпълнители по възложени проекти и отговаря за качеството на извършваната от тях работа и изпълнението на поставени задачи спрямо крайните срокове;
– Управлява и координира вътрешно-фирмени проекти, напр. такива по откриване на нова локация, помещение и др;
– Проверка на оборудването в сградата и определяне нуждата от поправки или ремонти;
– Надзор над обслужващия персонал (охрана, хигиенисти и др.) и външни изпълнители;
– Своевременно реагиране при спешна нужда;
– Подходящо управление на работното време, което е от съществено значение за ефективното справяне с комбинирането на задачите за тази позиция;
– Води приходите и разходите и изготвя месечни отчети за поддръжка;
– Поддържа техническа документация за оборудването на компанията;

Main Deliverables:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring hiring the most competent and motivated employees;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor company training programs
Maintain and further develop remuneration policies based on strict compliance with the applicable law, following the pay trends taking into account the individual contribution, quality of work, and engagement of each employee.
Develop and maintain an effective Employee Performance Management System, ensuring maximum objectivity and transparency, promoting the employee’s commitment to higher quality and dedication;

Coordinate the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility, ensuring sustainable application of the Company’s present understanding of being a responsible public body.
Control H&S policy and strategy in compliance with the legal requirement for BG.
Control environmental policy and strategy in compliance with environmental legal requirements for BG and in accordance with legal requirements and ISO 14001.
Control Security policy and strategy in compliance with Company rules and legal requirements for BG.
Administrative tasks and administrative services: to control: Transportation, Canteen, and Cleaning company;
Responsible for employer branding strategy;
Responsible for corporate social responsibility;

Requirements:

University education (master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other relevant education);
MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Upper-Intermediate Business English;
Minimum 5 years of previous professional experience in the field of Human Resources at a similar job position;
Detailed knowledge of competence models and modern methods of human resources management in an industrial environment;
Knowledge in organizational development and culture, corporate social responsibility, strategic counseling, coaching and change management;
Knowledge of labor legislation, EH&S legislation
Knowledge in Administrative services;
Knowledge in corporate security;
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Initiatives and proactive to support the company business;
