We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help deliver effective, results-driven digital campaigns across international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the planning, management, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights, and propose performance optimizations based on findings.
Compile regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies, assessing their potential adoption for company brands.
Work closely with marketers, content creators, influencers/agencies, designers, and developers to ensure effective campaign messaging, timing, and execution.
Support the management of the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)

Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager is preferred.
Knowledge of digital performance marketing, including planning and managing paid campaigns across social, search, and display.
Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
Strong familiarity with leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Digital marketing courses or certifications are considered a strong advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR).
Proficient computer skills, including MS Windows and MS Office.
