• Driver’s license;

Position overview:

Мain responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, managing and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns including leading the research stage
• Identify trends and insights and propose performance optimization based on the insights
• Compile regular reports for stakeholders of campaigns’ performance, results, and findings
• Keep up with industry trends, innovations, emerging technologies and provide perspective on their adoption for company brands where applicable
• Work closely with fellow marketers, content creators, influencers/agencies, designers, and developers to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns
• Participate in the management of the company’s social media profiles and presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, etc.)
• Participate in the planning, negotiations and preparation of UGC videos on a monthly basis in different countries

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related business field (or in the last 2 years of study)
• Prior experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Tik Tok Ads Manager are mandatory
• Knowledge of digital performance marketing, including planning and managing paid digital campaigns in social, search and display
• Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Eager to be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Native with all main social media – Tik-Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Obtained digital marketing courses or certifications will be considered as strong advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (at least B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• Computer literacy: working proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office
