We are seeking highly motivated professional “Sales Development Representatives” to join our newly formed Inside Sales Team.

Main responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and generating leads in the assigned territory;
• Being the first point of contact for new prospects;
• Creating target prospects lists and identifying key players within defined accounts;
• Setting up quality meetings and appointments for Sales Executives;
• Responsible for boosting a first positive impression of the brand and services of the company;
• Performing regular follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn tasks and facilitating communication with decision-makers;
• Nurturing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with the Sales Executives;
• Qualifying leads using the company qualification frameworks;
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns;
• Building strong relationships with the Sales Executives, collaborating with them to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met;
• Preparing weekly reports on activity outcomes and prospects’ feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full fluency in English;
• Fluent in a second language as Italian, Spanish, or German will be considered a plus;
• At least 12 months in a similar SDR/BDR/MDR role selling B2B products or services – ideally to SME clients;
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services;
• Experience working with CRM software and diligent maintenance of records on it;
• Proficiency with LinkedIn;
• High-energy, proactivity, get-things-done attitude;
• Dynamic personality with emotional intelligence and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.);
• Focused on consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
• Ready to learn constantly.
