We are looking for a Senior SW Development Engineer/SW Architect.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze and specify the SW system requirements: specify SW functionality and propose technical solution alternatives on the way to achieve required product SW functionality;
Decompose the early/final SW development activities according to the SW product development plan;
Identify and define the technical solutions for SW architectural design and the elicitation of the customer embedded system and SW requirements;
Perform impact analysis, feasibility study and proof of concept of RFQ (Request For Quotation) and PCR (Product Change Request) SW activities;
Product testability and maintainability focus;
Specify (Codebeamer ALM), implement and test the embedded SW modules, perform the SW quality assurance activities (unitary/module SW qualification, intrusive and integration SW testing);
Perform the analysis of measurement data and test with defect root cause analysis and bug correction;
Consolidate/adapt the system and software development plan according to SW architecture and system development strategy expectations with product testability and maintainability focus;
Specify, implement, and test the system-critical embedded SW modules:
Perform proof of concepts for SW technical solutions and define/implement related SW modules;
Specify embedded SW system and SW architectural requirements;
Secure and apply the SW quality/safety assurance policies during project development;
Contribute to secure the product Industrialization and production deployment activities;
Establish the embedded system/SW roadmap, contributing to product roadmap through consolidation with others SW products and embedded SW development strategy;
Contribute to SW process improvements and technologies technical roadmaps.


Embedded SW & real-time targets knowledge (C language, OS, µC interfaces)
SW integration & scheduling knowledge (OS/bare-metal)
Compiler & linker processing, µC target & toolchain support;
Industry communication interfaces knowledge: Ethernet, CAN, LIN;
Quality and/or safety standards way of working knowledge (MISRA, SIL, SSIL, ASIL, ASPICE, REQ);
SW’s high-level and detailed design definition knowledge
SW qualification and verification knowledge
SW audit & certification knowledge
Technical leader with strong communication skills
Tasks handling an autonomous way
Proactive attitude for process application & improvements
Agile and lean methods attitude
