We are looking for: Pr.ofessional Services Engineer with English.
The Professional Services Engineer will provide customer-facing: post-sales support for Systems Carrier Ethernet and NFV Solutions for a variety of Service Provider and Carrier customers, working closely with Morning shift Engineers and the R&D team.
Provide to the customers – technical solutions, assessments, and needed analysis within SLA;
Work closely with the customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet customer business and network objectives;
Ensure service assurance and solution integrity for key, strategic customers.
Desire to work late (evening) shifts;
Proficiency in verbal and written English;
Technical experience in the service provider environment;
In-depth working knowledge across multiple technical disciplines that includes Data communications, Broadband, IP-VPN, xWDM, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet, SNMP, LAN /WAN integration, SDN/NFV;
Understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, and OSPF;
Working experience with Linux based platforms;
Training/certification in networking or telecommunications is considered an advantage. MEF-CECP preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
A positive attitude and good team skills are required;
Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action;
An autodidact & self-motivated who can work autonomously or in a team environment;
Fast learner and able to adapt to a global company.
