We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our People team.

Your Responsibilities:

Collect, structure, analyze, and report on HR & Business data and processes
Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in the development of the company’s overall staff cost budget, in close coordination with Chief People Officer, Senior Management Team & respective country people partners
Review budget proposals for accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
Provide monthly salary mass monitoring and monitor the salary budget consumption at a cost center level and estimate future spending requirements
Report on all aspects of people performance to ensure early action is taken to meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Analyze data for trends and patterns for entire employee lifecycle – Recruitment, Employee Motivation (incl. incentive models, feedback surveys), development & retention
Prepare a suite of regular and on demand reports for middle & senior management
Analyze large datasets and produce business critical insights that encourage informed decision making. Synthesize performance trends
Work collaboratively with the business & functional leaders to Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
Input performance forecasts and targets through scenario modelling
Participate in stakeholder communication, send status reports by preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and documenting outcomes
Job requirements

At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position (Data Analyst / Budget Analyst)
Advanced level of MS Excel is a Must & experience with analytics suites will be a huge advantage
Experience in Budget Planning & Forecasting is a must
A flexible & agile professional, with an ability to think strategically & execute tactically
Business acumen, internal consulting skills, strong communications skills, and project management skills
Strong ability to work independently, however, value the advantage of co-creation and collaboration
Analytical data savvy mind set – ability to influence through facts and data
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Proactive, Solution-orientated, Curious & Out of the box Thinker
