We are looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

Lead local HR function and HR team to support business objectives and ensure successful implementation of corporate human resource strategy;
Manage local HR budget planning and cost control, labor market analysis and benchmarking, compensation/remuneration, benefits structure, and payroll;
Provide HR management advice and expertise to local management and staff to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources in achieving business results;
Lead all local HR Cycle Processes (recruitment, training & development, annual performance review, succession planning, employee engagement, international mobility);
Initiate, participate in, and facilitate the execution of local and global projects, in support of the HR strategy;
Ensure regular reporting of the HRМ activities in accordance with the defined KPIs, and local and global requirements;
Ensure local human resources administration and coordination of activities, related to occupational health and safety;
Maintain employment/industrial/labor relations in line with local legislation and practices as well as company standards;

You will be our ideal candidate if you have:

University degree in the field of Human resources or relevant;
At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR manager;
Experience in a production environment is a strong advantage;
Successful people management experience;
Very good knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
Payroll and compensation & benefits experience;
A fluent command of English and another foreign language (French) would be a plus;
Excellent computer literacy and skills: MS Office, HRIS;
Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and convince;
Customer-service mindset with the highest professional ethical standards;
Teamwork, discreet, and loyal;
