Currently, we are looking to employ an EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST to boost our HR Team.

Main Deliverables: In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador to drive the employer brand of the company and promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, print, and other communication channels/formats.

Employer branding and PR activities:
• Get well acquainted with the company`s employment branding strategies/guidelines
• Undertake and implement Employer Brand advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely manner
• Work closely with Global Internal Communications and Marketing departments and manage and continuously strive to improve the company’s career website and other platforms to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances the company employer brand and reputation
• Plan, establish, and oversee the company’s social media presence and channels related to employer branding
• Manage postings on various internal and external media platforms as per the company strategy
• Provide proper external benchmarks, best practices, and innovative solutions to support the business
• Monitor and review social media standards and ensures that marketing and employer branding goals are aligned
• suggests and implements proper communication strategies – plans and organizes public events; Always ensures positive internal and external communication; strives for effective interaction with company Partners, media, and different professional organizations
• Responsible for PR activities by distributing accurate and timely company-related information after alignment with the top management
• Consult the Board of Directors on PR matters, prepares programs and best practices in this area, and manage company-related news published in all media
• Prepares and suggests budget for PR activities/advertising campaigns
• Organize special events, seminars, competitions, and public events for motivating company personnel and creating of a positive image of the company;
• Manage photo shoots and other video content preparation and selects the best materials to represent the company to the public;
• University degree in PR/Economics/ Business studies
• Previous marketing/EB experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
• Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires;
• Experience in managing website content;
• Fluent English – written and spoken;
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – experience within a multi-cultural organization.
